Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an EaseReply account, you agree to these Terms. EaseReply is operated by Hostsphere India Private Limited ("Hostizzy", "we", "us").

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use EaseReply to:

  • Send spam, scams, or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Violate Instagram or YouTube's platform policies
  • Harass, threaten, or defame anyone
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or illegal content
  • Automate engagement (likes, follows) beyond what's permitted
  • Circumvent rate limits or platform API restrictions

Violations result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4. Platform compliance

EaseReply uses official Meta and Google APIs. You remain responsible for ensuring your automations comply with Instagram's Platform Terms, YouTube's Terms of Service, and local laws (including anti-spam regulations like CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and India's IT Act).

5. Subscription & billing

Paid plans renew automatically monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual property

EaseReply and its content (excluding your data) are owned by Hostizzy. You retain all rights to the content you create and the data you process through EaseReply.

7. Warranty disclaimer

EaseReply is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uptime, message delivery, or compatibility with platform API changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid EaseReply in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you'll lose access to the service and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
