Annual plans
Annual plans can be refunded on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you retain access until the end of your billing period.
What's not refundable
- Message overage charges (usage-based)
- Add-on credits already consumed
- Subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle (no pro-rating)
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
How to request a refund
Email billing@hostizzy.com from the email on your EaseReply account. Include your workspace name and the reason for the refund. We process refunds within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.
