Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

EaseReply is a product of Hostsphere India Private Limited ("Hostizzy"), an Indian company. We provide Instagram and YouTube DM automation tools for creators, brands, and agencies.

2. What we collect

  • Account details — email, name, profile picture (from Google sign-in)
  • Instagram / YouTube account metadata you authorize via OAuth
  • Messages and comments your automations process
  • Contacts and leads captured through your automations
  • Usage analytics — page views, feature usage, performance metrics

3. How we use your data

  • To operate your automations (reply to DMs, capture leads)
  • To provide analytics and insights on your dashboard
  • To send product updates, security notices, and billing emails
  • To improve our service and train non-personalized features

We neversell your personal data or your customers' data. We never use your DMs to train AI models.

4. Instagram / Meta data

When you connect Instagram, we receive access tokens from Meta. These are stored encrypted and used only to send messages on your behalf per your configured automations. You can revoke access anytime from Settings → Connected accounts, or from Meta's own app settings.

5. YouTube data

EaseReply's use of YouTube data complies with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke EaseReply's access to your YouTube data via Google's security settings.

6. Data retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete your workspace data within 30 days. Backup copies are purged within 90 days.

7. Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your dashboard settings, or by emailing privacy@hostizzy.com. GDPR and CCPA requests are honored within 30 days.

8. Subprocessors

We use these subprocessors to run EaseReply: Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), OpenAI (AI replies, if enabled), Meta & Google (platform APIs), Resend (transactional email).
